Vacation Club - Because Everyone Needs A Little R & R

Jeff & I have watched and critiqued our close friends as members of this Vacation Club for months and they have blown us away, opening monthly paychecks for THOUSANDS of dollars, and leaving for dream trips for $49 to MEXICO, ALASKA, ETC.
So we got tired of watching, and joined in the fun! For $360, ONE TIME FEE, you get your own website (you name it), where people book travel.  You make money every time someone books travel.   Your travelers are getting prices matching or beating Travelocity, hotwire, expedia, etc.
Then. you get offered (weekly specials) to take your own trips, whenever you can, with whomever you want to take, for as low as $49!!!
All you have to do is invite 4 (yes just 4) people to buy a website, and you are a LIFETIME, BENEFITING, MONEY-MAKING MEMBER FOR FREE!!!!!!!

42 Mesa State College students signed up last week while Gerald Willheit was here giving the presentation!!!! Of course - students need money and want to travel for cheap too!

IT IS REAL....I PROMISE! One-hour presentations are held every Thursday night in Grand Junction at 7 pm at Mohawk Floorz Direct Warehouse (29 Rd & 1-70 Business Loop).   If you can't make one of those times, or don't live in Grand Junction,  go to http://www.robertsrecreation.worldventures.biz/  to watch video 1 2 & 3.   You can sign up right there or call us - Jeff 970-314-0117  or  Alyssa  970-261-8009

And last but not least - if you are not interested, then I ask you - if you are going to book travel, please compare prices to our site and book your travel with us!!!     http://www.robertsrecreation.rovia.com/

Road to Financial Freedom

What did you learn during this so-called “recession”??? I learned that it is time to turn over a new leaf and start fresh! All of us can appreciate encouragement! I have valued the helpful information I hear and thought I would share this simple method with you. If applied, it will really make a difference!

Make a list of your expenses, sorting them by NEEDS vs WANTS!

You will probably find that you make ample money for the NEEDS! And many of the WANTS could really be eliminated, thus you are eliminating nasty debt that you can’t stand having!

Then make a list of GOALS & realistic DREAMS. After all your NEEDS are covered, if a surplus is found from time to time, set aside every extra scent (an envelope or piggy bank works)! Before you know it, that surplus will allow you the freedom to achieve your goals & dreams. You will be on your road to financial freedom. Budget Wisely! Remember – NEEDS vs WANTS!

Home sales increase in Grand Junction, Colorado

Some good news for Grand Junction'ites to start the year off... home sales (closings) climbed 20% just since November of '09!     Even though this does not mean home prices are increasing, it is just nice bit of information... our inventory WILL SELL.    Most likely, the three forces driving this climb in home sales are 1) great interest rates 2) affordable prices, and  3) the federal tax credit offered to first time home buyers!  But hurry, interest rates are on the climb, starting with the 1/2 percent increase that already took place since Jan 1st!
Another piece of positive information (I'm glad I could make your day!) is that two of our major oil & gas companies here have announced they will be expanding their employee base within the next month.     While it may take some time for the majority of the members of our community to "rise from the ashes", we are conditioning for a healthy recovery.
Please call me to discuss any real estate decisions you are facing.  As your trusted Real Estate Professional, your situation is always confidential.   In 2009, I expanded my education.  In addition to helping qualified buyers and sellers, I am a pre-foreclosure and short-sale specialist.    Many home owners do not understand that it is not necassary or wise to just "walk away" from your home if you cannot afford the payments.   There ARE options.  As long as you don't wait until it is too late.   I look forward to hearing from you SOON.   Alyssa Roberts  970-683-2591
